please check:
Deactivating the Connected Services Disable Mode
Select the Settings screen on the Mazda Connect System by pressing the home button on the commander switch
and turning the dial to the settings tab.
After selecting the Settings tab, highlight the systems settings, and press the dial.
In the system settings tick the box with connected services.
After this procedure the following icon should be shown in the right lower corner of the screen.

konnte bis dato keinerlei Probleme feststellen, soeben der letzte Check.
Ist die App am Handy aktuell? Es gab ein Update.
Grade gecheckt: geht alles.

jupp, alles aktuell. Geht vom Handy meiner Frau auch nicht. Konnektivitätsdienste hab ich auch schon an und aus gehabt im Auto. Keine Änderung.
